So i decided im going to go here to write what I eat during the day, so I can keep track of how im doing....
Obviously I wont be able to update it every day, but I will try to post my food for the day.

Breakfast: Sheddies
Lunch: Carrots and a cheese string
Dinner: Oven cooked fish with Peas & Sweetcorn
Snacks: Cube of cheese.
I think I did quite well today, its just taking a while for my body to adjust to not eating ever half an hour
I will try and post what ive eaten tomorrow aswell.
