Mushy pea curry

MMMMMMM!!!

I made this tonight, was a bit dubious and have been putting it off for ages because it didnt sound very nice. But my god it was gorgeous, so thick and curryish! My other half adored it too and hes not a fan of sw food usually. So glad i have finally found a curry that wont make me fat!!

btw we had it with rice and sw wedges, it felt so naughty!!

I had this last night and it was so yummy! Had left overs so had it for lunch today xx
