Chocolate Cake. ! !

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but have just made this and it is gorgeous...

Serves 6
Syns per serving=3.5

100g All Bran cereal
250ml boiling water
2 eggs
6 heaped tsp drinking chocolate
1/2 cup sweetener

1. pour the boiling water over the all bran in a large bowl and mix well.
2. add the eggs, drinking chocolate and sweetener and beat until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Put the mixture into a 6.5 inch round plastic tub or other microwavable dish, microwave on high for 6 minutes.
4. turn the cake out onto a plate and cut into 6.
5. Enjoy. ! ! !

This really is gorgeous and Im currently thinking of a way to reduce the syns so I can have more. lol

I make something v similar (42g All Bran, 1oz cocoa, sweetener to taste, 3 eggs). The whole thing is 1HEXB and 4.5 syns.

I saw the recipe yesterday and made it tonight, iced it with quark, sweetener and a sachet of options (extra syns but I couldnt resisit!).

As it's weigh in day tomorrow Ive had to look at it every time I open the fridge - well that is until I weight myself at 7.30am - is it too early to eat chocolate cake then???

I made this yesterday and it was gorgeous!! Had mine warm with strawberry yoghurt....Mmmm
