I'm in trouble

Hi everybody,

I started on Tuesday and ever since I can't keep away from food. I'm scared I might not lose any weight this week.

I am drinking 6 litres a day and I don't feel hungry, however I can seem to stop cheating.:(

Please someone tell what I can do.

Believe in yourself - and be realistic. You need to find a plan that works for you. What plan are you following? Maybe you need to reassess because if you need to cheat just now then chances are that it won't be a long term success for you. If you ae following CD maybe you need to move up a level......
