For cura heat patches, think I'm going to buy loads and stick them all over me lol I'm freeeeeeeezzzzzzzzing :(
xx

I am also SOOOO cold, apparently thermal socks, tights, jeans, thermal vest, long sleeve tshirt, jumper, fingerless gloves isnt enough to keep me warm!

I'm freezing too, don't know if its because 1st winter in new house and it's all open plan with solid wood flooring downstairs, or the fact my natural bodywarmer is 3st11 less.x

I'm freezing too! I went out and bought some of those woolly sock/slippers things and they keep my tootsies nice and warm. I need to sit wrapped in a blanket in the evenings even with the heating and fire on!

Its the diet. I found when off CD at a lower weight I wasn't as cold.

I find a hot bath works wonders, gets the heat right into your bones. :D

I haven't been warm since May. And I'm being serious. Am constantly cold... i have heater right under my desk just to keep my legs warm - and my hands are like blocks of ice.

It's not funny anymore.

(But my God - it's worth it!!!)

It is the fact you have lost weight. It isn't necessarily CD. My Aunt lost 4 stone with weight watchers and whilst loosing her last stone she was cold all the time - we used to joke about her wearing jumpers even in summer! lol I asked her advice because I have been feeling freeeeeezing too (brrrrrr!) and she reassured me that it does go eventually. So i'm holding on (hot water bottle in hand) and hoping that the frostbite wears off very soon! Hugs x x x

its mad, I have lost 3 stone, and I look fatter than ever with all the layers I really dont like being cold :( xx

I got some fingerless gloves from primark on sat (bargin at £1.50 for two pairs) I am sat 'working' in them :(

I think i may have to go get some of those for work lol just bought leather ones for outside as wooly ones just aren't good enough anymore lol xx
