Really bad day today

I've been feeling really good the last couple of days so hoped I'd come out the worst of it after day 3. But today Day 6 has been horrendous.

I've been faint dizzy, slurring words and unable to read it goes all blurred. Not good when I'm trying to draft contracts for millions of pounds of spend!!

The only thing I did different was I walked to town at lunch which I used to do daily before LL anyway. So now cycle 5-6 miles in the morning to exercise the dogs, walked a mile at lunch nearly passedo ut and came home from work early!
i normally do 5-6 miles morning, walk to town, walk 4-5 miles at night and then agility twice a week (2 hours a session).
I've missed one agility already as I felt to ill, not good when I pay for 8 weeks up front.

I'm drinking 3.5-4ltrs water a day and am no better. To make it worse today I've had chronic diahorrea (please tell me this is normal).

I am desperate for something to eat and thoroughly miserable at this exact moment. :break_diet:

Oh poor you !
I couldn't do that much exercise on LL, no way. I also found that my blood pressure fell quite a lot and I get dizzy a lot still but have never passed out. Might be worth getting your GP/Nurse to check that out. Particularly with visual problems a sthe eyesight can change when blood pressure or blood sugar drops.

I would get chronic diahorrea if I ate any of the LL bars except the nut one and if I had any of the water flavourings as they contain inulin. All the time I was on LL I had CD water flavourings as they don't contain inulin. But you could just have a tummy bug ? There's loads of nasties around.

Get yourself checked out, it will put your mind at rest.

Hope you are ok soon !
Hugs
Melissa

Hi Angelica, I had diahorrea too :(
Have you been drinking your water too quickly?
Theres another post about hyperhydration somewhere.....

Unfortunately having three dogs, one being a border collie I have to keep them exercised if i don't they fight. I'd like to afford a dog walker but I can't as all spare cash is going on LL. And they're not the easiest to walk anyway as one tends to run off alot.

I've got my LL Session tonight, and will see how it goes. I keep hoping it'll get better and my body will adapt as I desperately want to loose the weight but I'm not doing it at the benefit of my health or the welfare of my dogs.

I do have low blood pressure and low pulse anyway, my pulse at rest is 59. So the doctor said he wasn't to worried is just showed I exercised regularly already, and my blood pressure would be fine. But I'll try and arrange to get it looked at again.

Am going to go to be for a bit now before my session :wave_cry:
