Patak's Pasanda Sauce

I know this will be very high in Syns and I am preparing myself for that! I wouldn't normally have this but it is leftovers from yesterday. So if anyone can tell me how many syns there are in a jar I can estimate how many I will be having tonight, or give it all to DH and have something else myself!

They don't have the pasanda sauce listed, unfortunately.

I don't think it would have a free food allowance so my best advice woulf be to look at the calorie content in the jar and allow 1 syn for every 20 calories as that is the basic rule
