Ok so I got a lot of ideas from the "show your meal picture's" post so thanks :D .

Day 1 of SW (Green Day):

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEB)

Lunch: Jacket Potato with tin of Spaghetti Hoops

Tea: Sweet Potato chips with Smash Pizza base, Mozzarella (HEA), mushrooms, onions and pineapple.

Snacks: NOM yoghurt, Shape Fuller for Longer yoghurt, Satsumas

Syns: 2 double vodka (10 syns) and Pepsi Max (free), 2 tbsp Tomato Puree: 1.5 syns, NOM Yoghurt: 3 syns

Total syns: 14.5

Just in case you haven't realised, you can have 2 HEX a's and 2 HEX b's on a green day. Just think, MORE CHEESE on your pizza!!!!

Also, just checked syns on-line; You might have used 1/2 a syn less!!!

Oh thank you lonestitcher! :D I forgot to add 1.5 syns in for the NOM yoghurt until it is decided whether it is free or not so 12.5 syns for yesterday, eek!! :eek:
 
Ok, so here's my diary for Day 2:

Breakfast: 2 slices of WW Brown toast with 1 Laughing Cow Light triangle

Lunch: 2 Quorn Sausages, Beans, Mushrooms fried in Fry Light, 2 boiled eggs

Tea: Cheese and onion topped Quorn Quarterpounder burger with wholemeal bun (spread with a LCL Triangle) with SW wedges, 1 tbsp Hellmans Extra Light and 1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Snacks: Satsumas, NOM yoghurt.

Drinks: Tea with milk & sweetener, Pepsi Max

HEA= 42g reduced fat cheddar on cheeseburger, 250ml Semi skimmed milk in tea

HEB: 2 slices WW Brown bread, 1 wholemeal roll

Syns: 2 Laughing Cow light triangles= 2 syns
1tbsp Hellmans Extra light= 1 syn
1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce = 1.5 syns
NOM Yogurt = 3 syns
Options Sachet: 2 syns

Total syns = 9.5 syns

Day 3 (green day)

Breakfast: 2 pieces Weight Watchers Brown bread, toasted, with 1 LCL triangle & Vegemite

Lunch: 2 Plain Quorn fillets with Savoury Rice, 2 satsumas

Tea: Quorn chilli made with passata, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, chilli powder & curry powder, cheese on top and 4 Garlic Doughballs

Snacks: Shape Fuller for Longer yoghurt, 2 Babybel, 2 Alpen Light bars

HEA: 2 Babybel, 42g Reduced Cheddar
HEB: 2 Alpen Light bars, 2 pieces WW bread
Syns: 1 LCL Triangle: 1 syn. 4 Garlic Doughballs: 8 syns.

If anyone has any suggestions what I am doing right/wrong please let me know.

Hi,

Yes I usually eat more fruit and veg (especially when I am in work: satsumas, grapefruit, bananas, apples). On SW you can have unlimited fruit & if you are on Green Days unlimited veg, pasta, potatoes and rice

Day 4 (with a poorly baby hence "quick foods")

Breakfast: Sliced banana with NOM vanilla yoghurt

Lunch: 1 slice wholemeal toast (with reduced fat cheddar), beans, 2 boiled eggs, 3 Quorn sausages

Tea: Homemade soup with Sweet Potato, Red Onions, BNS, Veggie Oxo cube, garlic and lentils. Accompanied with a wholemeal roll.

Snacks: 3 Babybel light, Highlights dark chocolate with Anchor light squirty cream, WW Sugar free Raspberry & strawberry jelly, melon, pineapple and pomegranate.

HEA = 42g reduced fat cheddar, 3 babybel light
HEB: 1 slice wholemeal bread, one wholemeal roll
Syns: NOM Yoghurt = 3 syns, WW Jelly: 0.5 syn, Cadburys Highlights Dark hot chocolate = 2 syns, Squirty Cream: 1.5 syns. Total syns = 7 syns

I used my syns more on sweet stuff today as I had a really tough day at home with my 10 month old baby who has a throat infection, I am that worn out I need the sweet treats to keep me boosted otherwise I would have fallen off the wagon :(

Day 5 and I am really enjoying doing SW, I am finding that I feel happier and that we are eating better, not any convenience foods.

Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal toast with 1 Laughing Cow Light Triangle and Vegemite and a banana

Lunch: Leftover sweet potato, BNS and Red onion soup from yesterday, 2 apples and 2 satsumas

Tea: A Delicious FREE curry made by my gorgeous hubby: Quorn Pieces, Brocolli, Cauliflower, Potato, Passata and Oxo cube and hot curry powder with Basmati rice.

Snacks: 1 Cadbury's fudge, WW Jelly, Cheese on Toast

Drinks: Cadbury's Highlights Dark with a squirt of Anchor Light, ASDA no added sugar Fruit salad juice, Tea

HEA = SS Milk in tea, 42g reduced Fat cheese

HEB = 2 Slices Wholemeal bread

Syns = Laughing Cow Light Triangle, (1 syn)
Cadbury's Chomp (5.5 syns),
WW Jelly (0.5 syns),
Cadbury's Highlights Dark Hot Chocolate (2 syns),
Squirty Anchor Light Cream (1.5 syns). Total Syns = 9.5
 
Here's my Day 6 (I am a bit worried as I didn't have as many syns as I should have as I thought the Quorn Bacon bits were going to be syns but they were free)

Breakfast: 1 piece Wholemeal Toast with LCL

Lunch: Leftover curry & rice from yesterday, 2 satsumas

Tea: SW Quiche made with Batchelors Pasta n Sauce (Tomato & Herb), Quorn Bacon Style Pieces, VLF Cottage Cheese, 4 Eggs, Tomatoes, Peppers 2 x RF Cheddar and SW wedges with 1 tbsp Hot sweet chilli sauce

Drinks: Water, Tea

Syns: 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk 0.5syns, 1 LCL triangle 1 syn, 1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli sauce 1.5 syns, Total syns = 3 syns
 
Day 7:

Breakfast: 1 Slice Wholemeal Toast, 1 LCL, Vegemite

Lunch: Leftover SW quiche & SW wedges with 1tbsp Hot sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

Tea: Quorn Bangers, Brocolli, Cauliflower, Smash with LCL, Bisto reduced salt gravy (2 syns)

Treats: 2 double vodka & diet coke (10 syns)

HEA = LCL triangles, 3 babybel light
HEB = Wholemeal bread, 2 Alpen Light Bars
Syns = Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5 syns), 2 tsp Bisto Gravy (2 syns), 2 double Vodka & diet coke (10 syns). Total Syns = 13.5 syns
 
Day 8,

Breakfast: Alpen Light bar & a banana

Lunch: Nothing

Tea: Batchelor's Garlic & Herb Pasta n Sauce (1 syn), Quorn Garlic & Herb fillet (4 syns) with cheese

HEA: Cheese & Babybel
HEB: Alpen Light

Syns: Pasta & Sauce (1 syn), Quorn Garlic & Herb fillet (4 syns), 3 double vodka & cokes (15 syns), total syns = 20 syns

I will bring down my syns for the week to balance off my 2 "falling off the wagon" days!!
 
I forgot to add that I had my WI day yesterday (I am following SW at home) and I lost 3lb, not too bad for my first week eh?!

Here's my diary for today:

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch: 2 Alpen Light Bars

Tea: Veggie Roast (Quorn Roast, Brocolli, Cauli, Carrot & Turnip, SW Roasties, 3 Mini Yorkshires, Bisto Gravy)

HEA: 3 Babybel light
HEB: 2 Alpen Light Bars
Syns: Mini Yorkshires (3 syns), Bisto Gravy (2 syns)

I have a bad habit on a weekend of not eating much for breakfast or lunch, infact today I had the shakes so I need to sort myself out!!!
 
Well I've not been well at all today hence the lack of food, I slept from 9pm to 6am and then went back to bed at 7.20am until 2pm!!

Breakfast: None

Lunch: Banana & 1 slice toast with 1 LCL Triangle & Vegemite

Tea: Omelette with Mushrooms, Onion & Peppers with cheese and Sweet Potato mash with LCL triangles and Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce

HEA: Red. Fat Cheddar, Laughing Cow Light
HEB: 1 slice bread (too ill to have another B)

Syns: Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5 syns), Highlights Dark Hot Chocolate (2 syns), Anchor Light squirty cream (1.5 syns) =
5 syns
 
Still not well but managed to eat breakfast & lunch and a little bit of my tea!

Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal Toast with 1 LCL triangle

Lunch: Jacket Potato with Babybel light & Sweet Chilli Meanz Beans, 2 satsumas.

Tea: Homemade stew (carrots, onions, potatoes, leeks, Quorn Pieces, stock cube)

Snacks: Satsuma, Fuller for Longer Shape Yoghurt

HEB: 1 slice wholemeal bread

HEA: Babybel light

Syns: 1 LCL Triangle (1 syn)

I just couldn't eat anything else hence only one A & one B and 1 syn!!

Wednesday:

Breakfast 2 slices Wholemeal bread, 2 LCL triangles, Vegemite

Lunch: Baked potato with Beans & babybel

Tea: A sort of Mushroom Stroganoff made with Rice, Mushrooms, Garlic, Onions and stock cube.

Snacks: Satsumas, Fuller for longer yoghurt, Apple, Banana

HEA: 3 Babybel Light

HEB: 2 slices Wholemeal bread

Syns: None
 
Thursday:

Breakfast: 2 slices Wholemeal Bread with 2 Laughing Cow Light triangles & Vegemite

Lunch: Tesco Medium Sushi (3 syns), 2 Babybel, Exotic Fruit salad

Tea: Quorn Red Onion Burger (1.5 syns), 1 wholemeal Roll (6 syns) with 42g Red Fat Cheddar, red onion rings, SW wedges & Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5 syns)

HEA: 42g Red. Fat Cheddar, 2 Babybel
HEB: 2 slices Wholemeal bread

Syns: Tesco Medium Sushi Box (3 syns), Quorn Red Onion burger (1.5 syns), 1 wholemeal roll (6 syns), Hot Sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns), 3 LCL triangles (3 syns)
Total syns: 15 syns
 
Friday:

Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal toast with Vegemite & Laughing Cow Light

Lunch: 2 Babybel, 6 Quorn Cocktail sausages (3 syns)

Tea: Tuna pasta bake, made with passata, Onions, Wholemeal pasta, 1 can Tuna, 42g red. fat cheddar

HEA: 42g red. fat cheddar

HEB: 1 slice Wholemeal bread, 1/2 can tuna

Syns: 1 LCL (1 syn), 6 Quorn cocktail sausages (3 syns) = 4 syns

I was saving my syns for a vodka & diet pepsi but went to bed early so I will flexi syn for today as I have my sister & brother in law coming round for (SW) dinner tonight!!

Hi - just passing through! Just so you know, quorn cocktail sausages are not syn free any more - half a syn each IIRR.

And did you have the whole can of tuna? You're allowed 113g tuna for a HEB on green. :)

Thanks :D I had 6 cocktail sausages so I'll add in 3 syns and there was 1 can of tuna in the whole pasta bake, of which we had half between 2 of us
 
Saturday

Breakfast: Oats so Simple (Original) with semi skimmed milk & Splenda

Lunch: Fat Free SuperNoodles with Babybel. Satsuma.

Tea: Chilli con carne (between 4 of us) made with Colman's Chilli con Carne packet (2 syns), passata, Quorn Mince, chopped tomatoes, Oxo cube, 2 onions, sweetcorn

HEA: 2 Babybel, semi skimmed milk for porridge
HEB: Oats so Simple Original.

Syns: Colman's Chilli con Carne mix (1/4) 2 syns, 4 double vodka & diet coke (20 syns)
= 22 syns

Snacks: Babybel, satsumas

I was proud of myself as we went to the cinema to see New Moon & instead of popcorn and fizzy pop I had a bottle of water, 2 satsumas and a Babybel!!
