How do I make it?!?
Daft question probably - but seen a few people mention this, so went out and bought cooking apples and have fat free yoghurt left over from last nights meal, but now I'm thinking...what do I do with it??
All the recipes on the internet are with butter etc, so I'm totally confuddled.

Any help much much appreciated!

Thank you xx

Hi - I think you just peel the apples and cut them up a bit. Put them in a saucepan with a couple of tbsp of water (might not be needed). Cook gently until they break down and that's it. You probably need to add some sugar or sweetener as well if your apples are tart.:greenapple:

Yum, I bought some cooking apples yesterday, too. It's easy, just like Alli says, and quick. Butter? Crazy, no need for anything like that!

i cheat and do mine in the microwave.
I just cut them up small, add a bit of water and some sweetener and then zap for a few minutes until its softens. Then i empty the water away and add to yogurt, custard, porridge etc! Its LUSH!!!!
