I notice that some people have put down how many inches in total they have lost and wondered what measurements they have taken to calculate this. I thought it would be good to see this written down on paper.
Yeah i wish i had done everywhere. I only done waist and hips unfortunately. i started doin my thighs and arms 2 weeks ago but i tink they arent gonna go down much more at this stage. Its a great motivator thou. I dont measure my chest coz i can see it shrinking anyway and the need for smaller bras tells me enough haha!
