full up earlier

Its a kind of strange feeling at the moment, a mixture of old memory stuffing my face and unchartered waters of not feeling so hungry all the time, or genuinly full up after my tea and not wanting to snack.

Have i broken my addiction to scoffing? mind you i have been working on it for nearly 5 months so i should really expect some kind of change.

Anyone feel the same?
 
I noticed a difference in about the 2nd week of CCing, smaller portions were in fact more satisfying although I wouldn't say I ever feel 'stuffed', but I've sort of learned that I don't NEED to feel stuffed after a meal, that if I wait a little while and drink some water I can feel satisfied and I don't get hungry again straight after.

After the weekend I've just had though I realise how easy it is to go back to the old ways of stuffing my face even when I'm not hungry!
 
I thought this thread was about having your cals earlier in the day. ... I have found having my biggest meal at lunch time and feeling satisfied works for the rest of the day. If I wait for my biggest meal at tea time I usually pick alday. I think you have to find what works for you x
 
I've only been doing this for two months and I already feel full after a meal half the size of what I used to be able to eat.
