Hi everyone just checking in, been really busy just lately, but still maintaining, and still under 10 stone. Joined the Gym yesterday, to try and get fit, still getting weighed, but not as much,now going more on how my clothes feel. Mary if you read this I was looking at one of your threads in which it advised how many calories. They are a guide remember and you will have to adjust. I did it and found I was still losing weight on 1500 calories a day so had to adjust to maintain. Hope everyone doing ok, and will read the threads to catch up. xx

WAW Joy,,,well done on continuing to maintain, that is so good.....good to know it can be done.

Do you have off days by any chance? Like days when you do overeat, and then compensate the next day? What is your secret...just would like to prise some info from you :)))))))))

hi scotmist yes I do have off days, but then I cut down and exercise more, and my weight appears stable. My problem before to be honest was the vino, but now I only have a drink at the weekends, and I am also careful with the old sweet stuff, but at the weekends I have what I want. Hope you are doing ok.
