G'day Chicks and chaps,
Well... am back from my lovely holiday to Portugal and an A-mazing weekend in Verona with my wonderful bf.
I have my WI tonight and I am so dreading it! I am sure that I will have put on, and it was a planned break. I started SSing back on monday and have found it tough going so far. Last night I ate some crisps, but then threw the rest of the bag away!!!
I hope after seeing my CDC today things will fall back into place.
I don't feel like I have gained inches and am faintly hopeful that I may have even STS....
I had a huge boost before I went away by putting on a pair of jeans that I have not been able to wear for over 3 years, which came on holiday with me... woop woop! They still fit OK, so maybe my break was not so bad!!???
Is it always hard to get back on the wagon? Any tips of the trade? I have an Xmas ball in 5 weeks and I cannot buy a gorgeous dress until I know what size I may be. We all know that 5 weeks hard graft on CD can make a HUGE difference!
