Christmas countdown pictures?

I saw one of a dress within squares in it - does anyone have one of these or another design to share? I'd love to stick one on my wall to get me back in track and try and lose a stone before Christmas now - do you think its still possible to lose a stone before Christmas?

Deffo poss, 8 weeks, 2 lbs a week is 16 lbs. My Mum's friend had a Christmas Tree with baul bauls to colour in given to her by her consultant, but we've not had one at my class.
