Hey everyone,

I joined back weight watchers last night after loads of failed attemps on Cambridge.

Ive put on alot of weight jus hope its comes off quick

Any advice or tips, send them my way

Hi Louise and welcome.

Top tips:

keep a diary and write everything down - even if you shouldn't have had it.

dont let one slip up turn a good day into a bad week/month

drink lots of water - fills you up and stops you wanting to eat

eat all your points - don't go hungry

have lots of low point stuff in the house for when the munchies arrive - as they generally do at times.

exercise to earn extra ap's - to save or to eat - whichever you prefer

make up pots of free soup

don't weigh yourself between classes

keep coming on minis!!!

Hey...

Ive been doing weight watchers now for 4 weeks after failing cambridge and I feel great, its so nice to eat/drink again without feeling guilty.

Just dont be dishearted when you go for your WI with WW and you dont lose weight like you did on cambridge, I did this went to my WI thinking I was going to lose 7lbs. (Stupid me)

I eat a lot of sugar free jelly which keep me going and try and still drink lots of water like i was on cambridge.

Good Luck.

Thank you for your advice girls, how much have you both lost

Good luck with your weightloss Louise

Good luck with WW!! You might not get the losses like you do on CD, but it's sustainable and you don't have to deny yourself of anything - it really is a fantastic way of slimming down! Rosie has given you some fab tips to start you off - there's always someone around if you need any support!!

Best of luck!! :D
