Extra Easy V Original/Green!

Never gets tired of SW!
I'm new to this lark and so far trying the Extra-Easy as it feels less restricting, but just wondering what the general feeling is about it! Have people had as much success with it as those who stick strictly to original/green days?
 
I think it's of equal value otherwise they wouldn't have rolled it out, but personally I only use it when I can't plan as I didn't feel I had good losses with it. I mainly do red and seems to be working for me (though I'd love to live on green!) It's whatever works for you!

I agree - you have to find out what works best for you and your lifestyle. I do all green and it didn't affect my losses at all.
 
i think extra easy is good and fits in with the family better but i think you need to remember to eat the veg's,when i first did ee i was doing things like lasagna or spag bol where ya not having traditional vegs so the weight loss was slower i now try to do things with veg on ee and mix in 2 red and 2 green days and i found that this works better for me
