alli

alli isnt an appetite suppresant it stops you absorbing some of the fats from your meal, lipotrim is low in fat anyway so wouldnt do much for you

yeah that's what i heard too - it prevents fat absorption rather than appetite suppression.

there is a herbal method around, tablets called Hoodia Gordonii. it sounds ridiculous but its african cactus or something(!) my mum tried it for a few weeks but swore it made a difference. can be bought online. x

Alli is not an appetite supressant, as the above says it absorbs the fat you eat. Is called xenicol, and has been available on prescription for years. Does aid weight loss, but has some very bad side effects!!

Diet pills are not a miracle cure. You really need to get your food diaries up so you can see what you are eating!!

It has been around ages, but is available in all sorts of 'dosages' if that makes sense, so if you do get it, make sure it's the best quality you can afford. Me personally, I think it's all psychological? Fibre-bulking drinks make you 'feel' full at a fraction of the cost!
And again, do you want to be reliant on pills for the rest of your life to control your appetite if you're just eating the 'wrong' foods?

i agree - may as well have a fibre drink of pint of water to fill you up. i have taken all the diet pills in my lifetime and i swear i never wanna do it again! hate being reliant on it! i agree with the psychological bit too, may as well take a placebo - or a tic tac! may work just as well. the only thing that will work in the long term is a healthy balanced diet and exercise. shame but true! xxx
