Day's and Night's HELP!!!

Hi everybody i'm starting this CS tomorrow morning but i am working 1 week of days and 1 week of night's how can i go about taking my shakes will I have to wake up mid-day to have a drink then back to bed for more sleep and what do i do of a night when is the best to take them during night's :-(

I would treat night as if it were day and take them that way.
