Pig!

Put on a pound after week one refeed after I thought I'd done well. Since then I have been on a binge and eaten everything I can lay my hands on - got a chocolate headache at the mo. What an idiot I am. Can't seem to stop. I'm at work tomorrow so am going to take a caramel bar and a shake to try to end it. I'm on that slippery slope to being a fat blob again after all the hard work and I don't know why.:17729:

Listen hun, you are not a pig. You are a brilliant and amazing person, and you've proved this by completeing your lipotrim journey.

A small gain on the first week is possible in some people, so it's very likely to happen. Do you have a link to your refeed diary? I would like to see what you ate that may of caused the gain. It could be down to hormones balancing out after eating, it could also be water retention. My advice to you is to refeed for another week and see how your weight fairs out.

I am telling you now you really must not ever binge like you did again, I know exactly how you feel as I had a binge last time i did refeed myself and I have regretted it ever since. It's downhill from their if you don't pick yourself back up again.

Don't give up, you've come so far and done an amazing life change.

Babes just get back on the refeed wagon. Its ok to gain lots of people have gained in the first week its just the body re-adjusting. Pick yourself up and remember why you went threw lipotrim in the first place. Of course its hard to get control but you can do it have your shake in the morning and if you have to get some maintenance products to see you threw if you dont feel like you can have normal food then just have a small dinner off the refeed sheet. It is not the end of the world you now know that you must stay away from chocolate for a while its your trigger food.

It will be ok. Just dont forget why you did lipotrim and you will be back on form in no time.

I know exactly how you are feeling!! I have been on re feed 5 fives tomorrow!! Up until the weekend I stuck to it by the sheet! Then I caved to chocolate......... was gutted because that's all I can think of. It is so hard to stay on track, even after all the hard work we did LT. Why, why, why can we not got those horrid, old, food thoughts out our minds. We just really need to stay focused and remember why we deprived ourselves of food for so long in order to try and achieve our perfect figure, and how far we have come. Do we really want to go back to how we were before? Now I need to go and practice what I preach.

Good luck hun, hope you feel better soon, you are certainly not on your own x
