Hi all

Just as the title says, anyone lost a good amount using this plan, in the book i seems to say using it for the first few weeks ??

I been doing SW for 8 weeks now, 1st 2 weeks I just did red and green days, but since 3rd week i been doing EE and have lost every week :)

cooked breakfasts (free sausage/quorn sausage/bacon/hm hash browns/mushrooms/eggs/grilled toms), pudding rice mixed with yoghurt, omlette, fruit salad with yoghurt.

I have done EE throughout my SW journey and thats been 6 months now. All my weight has been lost through it and I LOVE it x x x

I've only ever been on EE since I started at the beginning of January 2009. Reached target in the middle of July after losing 1 stone 7 lbs and only gained in two of the weeks between January and July. Since then, I've stayed within my target range at all times.

I didn't usually lose more than 1-2 lbs per week, but that's partly because I was having at least 15 syns per day - I decided that I'd rather eat a bit more and lose a bit more slowly than the other way around.

Hope that helps a bit...

pasta? rice? mugshots? sugar-free jelly? sausages (syn-free at morrisons - eat smart pork in the chiller)?

As far as your shopping list goes, Frylight is a bit of an essential!

I tend to use my healthy extras up when having breakfast, but that's because I don't have time to cook anything in the mornings and am happy to have something other than sandwiches for lunch. Normal breakfasts for me are either sultana bran + milk, porridge made with milk and fruit (synned as it's cooked) or rice pudding (doesn't use the B choice and I find it quite tasty)!

Morrissons do their own version of mullerlights that are free, the eat smart virtually fat free ones, I prefer them to mullers but there are only about 4 flavours.

If you do a search on shopping list you'll loads of suggestions for what to include in your basket. We were talking about this only a few days ago. :)

i have been doing ee for 14 weeks and think its great as for the 1/3 plate of sf food i do that when i can not all the time tho its a great plan i love it :p)

I can say that Ee does work!
I have lost 6.5 stone since I started last year, create my own recipes and eat like a horse!
Keep the good work up!
Pete
