Totally O/T Halloween venue dresser??

I know halloween has just gone but i'm just wondering if any one may know of a venue dresser/ Party organiser that would cater for a 30th b'day party, Manchester area.

Basically i'm looking for a venue dresser that does halloween for next year, it'll be my 30th and want to plan ahead
