I am going to be different and shop at asda's tommorrow..

Can you please help me out with a shopping list..

I need free foooooooooood !!

I have quorn sausages, ex lean bacon, chicken, eggs, salad, veg etc..

I want free sausages, Ready meals, and snacks ?

Lowest syn crisps, lowest syn snacks (Curly wurlys lowest i found?)

Anything!!

You won't find free ready meals. Best eating fresh stuff anyway! Much better for you - no hidden nasties

The best sausages are Morrisons Eat Smart pork sausages (must be the pork ones, not cumberland) and they are syn free.

Closest thing to a free ready meal in Asda are the Extra Special lamb shanks (7 quid for two, eek!) and the Extra Special Beef Burgi- burgan- beef stew thing named after something French. I think that's on offer for a fiver instead of being 6 quid.

Asda cheese curl crisps 3.5 syns a pack and are on offer at the moment.
Asda cottage cheese with red peppers - absolutely delicious and free!
The meat is on offer at the moment there too especially the stewing steak - 2 packs for £6.00 and really lean.
Muller lite yoghurts.
