Red Days HEX b query

I am having a red day today. Looking at the list for HEX b I see there are 2 lots for garden peas
142g garden peas marked with FF
and
71g garden peas marked with F and S.

Which do I choose and why?

I see there are similar entries for broad beans, cannellini beans, haricot beans and red kidney beans

S is for speed- so a lesser amount on a red day will help the speed of your weight loss, but the larger amount of peas will be double the Fibre of the speed amount - so your choice!

ff- is high fiber and fs is fiber and speed what you choose is up to you the latter may speed up your weight loss
