yippie thanks everyone who suggested that i introduce some red days.ive just weighed and ive lost 3 pounds im sooo pleased.only 1 more pound to go and that will be my stone im soooo happy thanks to everone who advised me last week im so grateful....

yes im thrilled thank you here goes another week.hopefully lose my pound and that will be my stone.i can feel a size 14 coming on ha ha
