Best Way to maximise your weight lose?

Hi All,

Been doing it now for 4 weeks and have lost 10.5lbs which I'm really pleased with.

But last week due to a few too many drinks out with friends only lost 1lb.

THis week I will not let a alcoholic drink pass my lips but what else should I do to maximise my weight lose? and what do you lot do?
 
Water and speed food - anything in your book with a SS or S symbol next to it.
 
Jojosing is right...plenty of water and loads of speed foods should help!
