Thinking of join sw

HI all

Lost over 6 stone with ww a few years ago bu put it all back on (

Thinking now of sw as i have a lot to lose nearly 9 stone and ive seen some good stories on here

however i have joined sw once before but i like my meat with my pots and visa versa , am i right in thinking i could do this on easy extra ?

yes you can lose weight and eat both on extra easy. personally I prefer red and green but I know lots of people eat this way and lose loads of weight.
