I am on day 3 and I have had a dry mouth all day and am not feeling quite so hungry. Is this ketosis?

I'd say so i felt like that after day 2.. so id say after day 3 deffo.. the not feeling hungry part is the best sign i think xx

Lol yeah i had what id call a furry mouth for bout a good week or so? cant quite remember now...was awful!!!! that did go though

This IS the best i promise you!!! I was dubious at first so dont worry... stick the first week out and the rest is easy peasy xxxx

Would totally agree falafel - these signs of ketosis are worth it for the speedy weight loss you will enjoy, keep up the good work and let us know the pleasing results at first weigh-in x
