Hiya,
The OH is a little down due to work this weekend so i'm cooking him a dinner of roast beef, mixed fresh vegetables, boiled potatos and some peppercorn sauce (2.5 syns for half the packet!!!).
Im preheating the oven to put the beef in but wondered if it would be best to cook it exposed or wrap it in tin foil and cook it that way? Dont want to ruin the beef as it was a little expensive so dont want it turning out tough!
