Oatly milk

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone knows if I can use oatly milk as a hexA instead of soya milk? Or do I have to count it as 2 syns per 100ml.

Laura

it doesn't say you can't have it, but it doesn't list it either.

You can have 250ml of rice milk or rice dream instead though? That's the only other non-animal milk on the list that isn't a soya variation.

Thanks,
I find oatly is the nicest. I'll give it a go can always change to rice milk if needs be. Well done on your weight loss by the way just saw how much you've lost. It's fantastic.

I'd check the calcium and fat and calorie levels and match it to the closest milk on the list, full fat, semi and skimmed, and see where it lies and have that much.

And cheers hun, what a nice thing to say! xx
