Pesto Chicken

Another quick low syn one to whip up when you dont have long.

2tbsp quark
1tbsp red pesto (2.5 syns) or green pesto (4 syns)
3 - 4 Chicken breasts

Mix the quark and pesto together to form a paste. Add the chicken and coat, bake in the oven until cooked or grill.

I serve this with salad or a jacket potato and mediterranean veg
