Half a stone!!!!

Weighed last night and whilst I only lost 1/2 a measley pound it enabled me to get my half stone award after my first two weeks !

Seems a hell of a lot of effort for just half a pound though but a loss is a loss and its all going in the right direction i suppose!

Well done to everyone this week again...here's to next weeks weigh in!
