Does anyone here have a rebounder? I've been recommended to get one and to use it for about 10 minutes a day - apparently it is great for toning up legs and bottom and great as a cardiovascular exercise too. Hoping to buy one this weekend as I am a classic pear shape and will feel the benefit of exercise more than dieting.
