Anyone wanna do this little challenge with me?

My challenge is to do 100 crunches a day!!!

You can do them all at once!
OR
You can do them throughout the day...

Im thinkin Im gonna do 4 sets of 25 through out the day.

Im startin this tomorrow... Anyone wanna join me?

Im about to go do my first set of 25... Then I have 3 more! LOL
 
OH I'll join you! I'll start from Nov 1st as have a busy day tomorrow and Saturday lol!!! I think hubby has bought me a stability ball for my birthday so can use that for them :D

Yes :D I got a gym ball and an ab toner with mat thingy, so all geared up for my 100 a day! Yikes!!! I bloomin need them as I think my final 11lbs is ALL on my belly!!! And I'm being serious there lol!
 
You know what???? Im the one that started this thread and I didn't do it my 100 yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Oh well....

Im doing them today!!!

I will post back when I get them done.....

Stirky... I know what you mean!!! Im fittin in my smaller clothes again, however alot of my weight seems to be in my tummy area! ARGH!! Thats why I wanna start addin crunches. :)
 
so much for good intentions. Haven't done ANY yet. Will defo start tomorrow. No excuses!!!
 
ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STILL have not done them! In my defense though... I was VERY busy yesterday!!! We are going out of town today for 2 days... Just a little trip to the mountains. :)

Ok!!! Since everyone else is startin on Nov 1... I will also! LOL While Im in the hotel room tomorrow I will do them! :)))

I forgot to update this post.

Did mine on Monday as had stability ball class so we def do at least 100 in the hour (more prob just never counted lol!), I can still feel the effects today!

Yesterday (Tues) didn't do any as was still feeling a bit poorly.

Hoping to get some in for today later :)
 
Today is the first day Ive started doing these! LOL Im such a slacker sometimes! ROFL I just get so busy with things in the house that I forget to do them. LOL

1/25 so far....

3 more sets of 25 to go today. :)
