What does the 1st appointment Involve ?

Hi everyone id like to congratulate everyone on here youve all had amazing results !!!
Please could someone tell me what i have to do on my 1st appointment which ive booked for friday ?, im very determined to stick to lipotrim, im around 15.7 Stone and 5.6" and would love to get down to 10 stone how long do you think this type of loss would take to achive ? ive got to the stage when enough is enough and ive got to change as even my children are being bullied by other children who says your mum is fat etc.. Id like them to be proud of me.

i didn't need an appointment,just turned up but the first time i went in i had to fill out a form saying if i smoked,drank or had any health probs and on any meds.
basically then weighed me and spoke about lipotrim and that was it really.its nothing to worry about x

couldn't say how long it will take you to lose your weight as everyone loses at different rates but your first 4 weeks you will lose the most then lipotrim say you will lose a stone every 4 weeks so i reckon you could do it in 4-5 months x

I didnt need and appointment either just walked in and filled in a form about health and got weighed. Paid for my sachets and got a little card which i have the dates and weights for each week written on. That was it.
