Ok, so far so good. Ive done well by losing 2 stone 8 1/2 lbs to date. But its been rather slow recently so I promised myself I would start a diary to keep myself on track.

So this is it.

Wednesday - Green day
Breakfast - 2 weetabix - HEXA and HEXB
