Another lousy 5lb loss, am so angry with my slow weight loss:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Creme egg are you serious? This is amazing, its over half a stone in two weeks.Thats a massive WELL DONE!! Its awesome,if you loose the same amount next week thats a stone in three weeks...You should be very very proud!!x

You have lost ten pounds in two weeks???? Lousy??? em.. apart from shrinking using photoshop, or maybe finding someone who has invented a shrinking machine, I dont think there is a way on earth other than tfr to get a ten pound loss in two weeks??? I think 10lbs in two weeks is amazing no??x

It is still the best part of a stone in two weeks. Everyone loses weight at different rates. Be patient, it will work out over time. Keep up with your efforts.

Thanx that true but i was expecting to lose more than that ,you know we never been satisfied about our loss

your a nut haha! got the same in week 2 as week 1. Week 2 you lost all FAT! Please try to remember that! And your very correct we are never happy but just remember you lost 40 sausages. wow incredible.

5lb is great!! Just think, if you keep loosing like that, you'll be loosing 20lb a month - basically a STONE AND A HALF a month!?!?!

On what other diet would you get that result?? That's a great start - don't be down, celebrate the fact that you are already 10lbs closer to your goal.

Well done x

WTF???? I would KILL to get those losses. I'm a bit cross with you to be honest. You don't have an awful lot to lose (compared to others) and you've lost nearly a stone in 2wks? WHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG OR SLOW ABOUT THAT!?!?
((slinks off to calm down...))

Nothing wrong with them losses Creme Egg... when you start to stay the same then I think you should be angry and annoyed about it.

wow!!! I think I agree with Irish mum on this one.

It's hard to believe anyone would be upset with a 5lb loss.

You wanna see slow? take a look at mine.

Ditto! Thats why I was annoyed...

thats fantastic and you should be more than happy with that hun x

Sorry but I agree with Mum and Jesi.

5lbs is an absolutely amazing loss! You should be so happy and thankful! 5lbs of vile disgusting, artery clogging fat gone in a WEEK!

DO NOT compare your losses to anyone else's, as everyone is different.

Congratulations Creme Egg, your losses have been fantastic! I'd be ecstatic if I lost a pound! It's all better off than on, no matter the amount!

I can see why you are upset creme egg, when you see people lose 10lb or more in their 1st week and to be honest, I'm hoping for 7lb in my 1st week, but there are not many diets around that would allow you to lose 10lb in 2 weeks.

keep positive and be proud of your good start

xxx

I think you've done really well, keep it up!

You're doing really well! To put in perspective, it took me 7 weeks to lose 7lbs on Slimming World (not that I'm knocking SW) but 10lbs is fantastic !

5lbs is fantastic! I don't see that it's anything to be disappointed about? Especially as you've got less to lose than a lot of people (you need to take that & just personal differences into account when you're comparing your losses).

Well done on your loss so far! It's great!

ditto ditto ditto....

5lbs is fantastic, especially in week 2 onwards, I know I will definitely be over the moon if I lose 5lbs in week 2, in fact, Im kinda counting on it!

If you can maintain that level of weightloss every week you're going to be at goal in no time. Remember, a regular calorie controlled diet only yields about 1.5-2lbs weight loss a week so you are already losing more than twice as fast as you would normally.

Chin up, stick with it, and DON'T COMPARE!!! All our bodies are different, we have different amounts of weight to lose, different histories of dieting (which all affects our metabolism) and different levels of activity in our lives. Know that if you still to it rigidly your body WILL lose the fat and you will get to goal at a rate that's personal to you.
