As a result of consuming the majority of my weightwatchers points through sugar and crap food i have decided to undergo a dramatic diet change on the basis of a plan i feel is healthiest for me. i have pcos am very hormonal and have a intolerances to dairy and mainly gluten. trying to do it all is very tough so i have decided to eliminate the following foods out of my diet until Christmas to see how i feel and if the results are worthwhile. im yo yoing at the moment and would love to make a steady lifestyle change that i stick to

between now and christmas i plan to cut out

all refined sugar- no sweets, no choc, no refined carbs etc.

all dairy EXCEPT probiotic natural yoghurt. my doctor has told me to cut down on dairy but not to eliminate it.

all gluten.

i am a 22 year old girl and obv have a frequent social life so when i do drink i will keep it to rum and diet coke.

so from tomorrow onwards i am keeping a diary of my new found healthy lifestyle which i am hoping to maintain.

i have three stone to lose but know i am not going about it the right way. i do plan to cut down on carbs with the exception of having brown rice sometimes. i need to lose weight for my health and right now i am just not going the right way about it.

i also plan to do one good hour of exercise each day.

i have my graduation and a holiday coming up next month but i have decided that it is now or never. i cannot go on this way.

wish me luck. :)

tomorrow is day 1.

Ok so have had a relatively healthy week. today was bad but not as bad as i could be. tomorrow starting exercise regime. I would love to lose between 16 and 19 lbs for christmas :) 7 days to my grad. dress is looking really well. gonna be super good between now and then. overall im happy.

weighed myself this morning and im between 13'4 and 13'5. delighted with myself.

trying to restrict sugar and carbohydrates as much as poss. eating loads of fruit and veg. have cut back on dairy.

this week breakfast was flaxseed, natural yoghurt and a banana

lunch was 2 pieces of fruit

dinner was fish/ meat and LOADS of roated veg.

today had a slip up, had a bar of choc and a good few pick n mix. for dinner had a takeaway but had 4 chicken tenders, a handful of chips and some garlic sauce. usually id have fish/ burger AND large chips. so i happy with my progress. just feel sluggish sso plenty of water me thinks :)
