Got my 1 stone award today! I couldn't believe it as I had 3lb to go and I have been losing on average a 1lb/2lb at the most a week since starting. I'm so pleased!!

Thanks so much everyone. I could not have managed it without this site and the support from people on here! It's made such a difference.

Yes I've dropped a dress size and I'm really seeing a big change in my shape it's fab. It's really increased my confidence. I'm so chuffed x
