i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
went to chinese last night and think i made good choice was on ee and got chicken in mushroom black baen sauce (5 syns ) and boiled rice . then off to cinema to see the vampires assissant which my friends young girl had been bugging her mum to take her so boring fell asleep oh well at least i stuck to plan ( i hope)
