hi all

hope everyone and everything is good today!

so after my little slip up on wed im well n truly back in the swing of things.. had wi today my scales havent moved all week so was well worried! just wanted to shift 2lb to reach 2 stone mark but then started to worry bout a possible gain! so well chuffed when she told me id lost 4 lb woooo hooo

thats 30lb in 7 weeks i love cambridge

i have just discovered mix a mousse!! mmm where has it been all my life! how have i not come across this before.. with all these little additions (water flavouring mix a mousse the bars etc) this diet seems so much more achievable. I have literally just ate my choc mint mousse lovely but think im gonna explode.. o well!

had a few nice comments today at work but theres akways one idiot aint there..... you know the story 'o ive done cd before lost a stone in a week but as soon as u stop doing it it will come back on' and proceeded with a patronizing smile and a 'o it is funny to watch' what a prat! thankfully didnt need to answer as a few mates piped up with stories of pple they know maintaining after cd lol

o well its a new job couple of mnths in think the woman is jelous shes gota be bout a size 30 literally and is also a grade below me but started before me.... it just makes me more determined il have to buy some fantastic clothes when we get paid just coz i can lol

oops think im getting a bit carried away there!

OH been away for a month and is back tonight :D ive dropped two dress sizes since wonder if hel even notice lol. anyway his plane has landed a while ago so hel be back soon its like moment of truth..... drum roll please...

il post again but just incase evryone have a great w.end 100% CD! chin up evryone (il keep all mine up :D)

Well done! CD is a great tool, I wish I'd discovered it sooner :D

Well, if you're gonna trough like you did in our previous lives (and lets face it, we all did, otherwise we wouldn't be on CD...) then you're bound to pile the weight on. And she can't say she didn't; since forced into calorie counting I found this online tool:

BMR Calculator

Tells me that (with my current non-activeness) I'd have to scoff over 2500 calories per day to gain weight.

So when people say they didn't fall into their old ways after CD and out weight back on, they're gonna be talking bollocks :D
 
What a positive post shell, I am sure that hubby will notice how well you have done since he's been abroad - 30lb lost in a month, wow, he will be very proud of you!
