How much is too much?

Enjoying life!
I know we are all different but I am curious to ask the question...

How much water do you drink in a day inc your foodpacks, tea/coffee, water flavourings etc...

I drink on average 5 litres a day and have done for the last few months! It is a huge amount!

I have 3 vanilla shakes a day each of them with 800-900mls of water in.

I drink between 1.5-2 litres of soda water at work.

I then have between 1 and 2 pints of soda with water flavouring at home in the evening!

Once or twice a week I will also have either a small peppermint tea, a small black coffee or a savoury hot drink

Blimey! I am shocked!

Just to add, I have felt great for those months, I have no had those awful dizzy spells I was having for those months, my weight losses have been great through out so I am not worried just very surprised!

I don't drink anywhere near that much. I have 1 shake which I only fill up to about 150mls including the powder, 2 soups at 400mls each and if I drink 1.5L of water with flavouring then I consider it a good day. I don't drink any other drinks. I probably would happily drink more but I forget to go and get it - silly excuse really.

I couldn't contemplate a shake with that much water in! My ones are really very small indeed!

I love them! I addicted to a vanilla shakes with a heaped spoonful of Nescafe Alta Rica coffee blasted in my smoothie maker - it is divine and not as watery as you may think with 800-900mls of water in!

vanilla was the first shake I tried but it reminded me so much of the formula they give you when you are tube fed (I had an NG tube for approx 6 months) that I just couldn't stomach it!

I hated it when I started but now I can't get enough! Same with the peanut bars.

I cannot bare the strawberry and banana shakes they are so sweet they are vile! The chocolate I hated for about 4 months but sometimes I will have it half and half with vanilla but not so much now!

I put about 300mls in the shakes and a bit more in the soups. I drink 5-7 litres a day, when not dieting I drink about 4 litres a day so it isn't as drastic as it sounds. I think I just sweat a lot.
