Can anyone give me advice on what to go for / avoid at a spanish tapas restaurant?

What day ae you on hun? EE, Green or Red?
TBH everything in tapas is cooked with oil so you would have to syn that anyway. Is there an on-line menu you can look at?

Tortilla Española £3.95
