I had a job interview today with one of the larger solicitor firms around here today, and absolutely convinced I wouldn't get anywhere.

Well bus was 15 minutes late (made up time on the way so not too bad) so pretty bad start. Eventually get into the interview and the first thing the Personnel man says to me, after glancing through my CV, is 'I don't know what to ask you you seem to have done it all' So we had a bit of a chat about stuff in general.

Anyway long story short is he has put me through for an interview with my local branch of this firm (they have a secretarial position in their probate department coming up soon) and I have another interview with them on Friday! This other branch is about ten minutes walk - (an hour in summer!!LOL) Whoo :party0038:

Ohh almost forget lost a lb at weigh in another three and I will have my stone! And a friend started class today!!!!!

haha, but is that actually a good thing!? Me thinks these cold dark nights will see you heading to those chip shops a bit more often if your not carful.. walking home on that 10 min walk, and you glance over.. and the chippy is all lit up.. and looking so warm.. and its been a long day.. and your hungry.. then before you know it, not only have you bought a portion of chips, you'v finished em before you'v even made it home ;) haha

be strong!!!

Definitely a test of will power (of which I have none!), but will be strong, must be strong.
