Can the golden syrup sachet be used as a HEXb?

And FYI hun, the Golden Syrup ones are 6.5 syns a sachet.

Thanks, though im sure i read on here it can be HEB plus 2 syns cant find the thread now though! Maybe i read it wrong.

Yeh i did look but cant find the thread i was looking for, meant to say i made it with water, would it still be 6syns?

Why not have the original one and add a spoon of golden syrup. You'd only have to syn the syrup, however much you choose to add but less than the flavoured sachet.

Some people are a bit naughty and have the golden syrup and add the syn difference from the original but you really shouldn't do it! That's probably where you've read it.

This is lovely but there is less oats in the sachet and a ton of sugar, I was shocked when I poured it into the bowl and didn't buy it again!
