Bad Breath....

Hayley 22

would like to be slim
Is it ok to be having smint's?

I cant stand having bad breath (papranoid). I work with 25 men and in charge of Lorry drivers etc and have to meet and greet contractors and visitors regularly.....

Does anyone else have this problem and if so what do you do about it!?

I didnt want to chew chewing gum as it tells your body your eating when your actually not so didnt want my body to think it was hungry.

HELP!!!! :( please

Hi Hayley,
Not sure about Smints, sure one of the more experienced will be along to tell you shortly. What I do though is chew a sugarfree gum, just till it loses its crispyness and then spit it out. Works short term, am sure that I read you can use one of the spray breath fresheners, but that might need to be confirmed by someone who knows a bit more than me.

I know what you mean though, I have to deal with customers face to face and its awful trying to disguise bad breath when you have nothing to disguise it with! lol the joys of cambridge!!

Thanks Claire,

I know i saw a post about what to have and not have but that was before i joined and now cant find it....

I apologise now if its a re-post.

Any help is much appreciated.

These Smint's are Sugarfree, i was desperate and had to have something lol

xx

Sugar free breath freshening spray or those little Listerine strips (although I haven't seen them in ages) You could have a quick chew on some sugar free gum but as you say, it does trigger hunger pangs in some people. Plenty of water does help as well. I hate having death breath, I always forget about it until someone squirms when I'm chatting in the school playground ;)

I use the listerine strips but got them in america this year in bulk lol but you can get them off ebay too i bought lots more VERY paranoid lol

Also breath sprays are fine ive used them all the time since day one.

OMG, I'm just thinking of starting CD again but then remembered that bad breath was an issue last time, although I didnt know that I had it, my husband told me that I did, and when we have spoken about when I was on CD 2 years ago he said that the bad breath was 'not nice'!!!!
I didnt really see anyone then as I'm a stay at home Mum, but now my little girl is at school I chat to quite a few Mums, I can't bare the thought of them smelling my bad breath... any advise would be great (sorry to hijack your thread sweetie) xxxx
