Weetabix is deffo high gi. I have a few gi books which I just looked at.. and all 3 say high gi.
I would steer clear. A good book I can recommend also is Anthony Worrall thompsons gi diet too as its brilliant for the recipes. I am finding I am doing recipies from both books.
