Bit Confused

Hiya

I'm a wee bit confused.

I've not had any side effects and am now wondering if I need to have them to lose weight.

Sorry if this sounds daft but the doctor just kinda threw the prescription at me and said don't eat anything too fatty or the side effects are horrible.

Does anyone know.

no side effects means your doin it right!!!

I dunno why they call them side effects tbh! If you take them an stick to the rules u will not have any accidents etc! The tablets do take out a 3rd of the fat outta ya food so u may get a tiny bit of oil in your stools but not much infact y ou may not even notice it! i dont!!

So keep going! Not poopin your self means u r doin it correct!!!

i wouldnt say my dr is useless.. but he did kinda just throw me into it and also said dont have anymore than 15g of fat per meal!.
which i am slowly learing thats the gist of it but you need to be a little more careful than that....

heres hoping im going to do it ok!
