Need distracting while I wait for my lunch to cook.

I've got some veggies roasting in the oven to mix with my cous cous and they are taking bloody ages, while I am sat here starving lol.

It does smell nice though, I have roasting, parsnips, carrots, red pepper, sweet potato and red onion with herbs sprinkled on top. Also added a little bit of honey about 10mins okay to caramelise them.

Is my own fault as I should of put the veg in earlier.

What has everyone else had for lunch/dinner?

I am off out to the shop afterwards to get the ingredients for that mash in the calendar which came free with the NOV/DEC SW mag. It looks yummy.
 
I'm thinking of making Hungarian Goulash tonight, nice hearty, warm filling food for a cold Autumns evening. Yummmmmmmmmm with a couple of potatoes me thinks, best get cracking
