SW Chips Question

Hiya,

I know you can have 227g of SW chips as a HEXB on a red day, but is that 227g of raw potato or 227g of cooked potato/chips?

I always count it as raw weight. If you are having SW chips on a red day you need to leave the skin on! Im sure you probably know this though! x Enjoy!

Thanking you. Yeah I have left the skins on. Didnt weigh them in their raw weight as the OH is having them too so just cooked a load and was going to weigh the cooked ones out. So what shall I do!?

Just weigh them when cooked, I think!! The trouble is when they are cooked they will probably be lighter! I think!! Im not being much help am i!!

Will do got them with SW cheesy meatballs, just wish they would hurry up and cook, i'm starving! x
