hi everyone delighted to reported an amazing loss of 12 /12 lbs this week had a really bad weekend but glugged through it and lm really proud l did so here's to another sucessful week good luck everyone

This is a brilliant post and shows that CD really really does work

12.5 lbs in one week - well done - did you do anything different apart from having the shakes etc - did you up the exercise or anything that could help other restarters or newbies be inspired to stick to it..
